This Nordic Walking for Fitness course is for people who are happy to learn to Nordic Walk in a small group of 3-5 people. This course is delivered over 3 x 1-hour sessions which are taught sequentially. Once your course is completed, we run regular and free Nordic Walking community walks around Canberra. This is a great way to enjoy the Autumn air, stay healthy and learn in a welcoming setting.
